Life Alignment is an energy healing technique practiced worldwide, that offers a way to align with our authentic blueprint by releasing energy blockages. A balance is performed by an accredited Life Alignment practitioner, and involves identifying a priority body point, any associated emotions, and releasing that blockage. Clients report experiencing a sense of relief, a sense of peace, relief from symptoms and an improved sense of wellbeing,
A Life alignment session is paid for in advance or on the day.
Soul Plan is an ancient and channeled system based on the unique sound vibration of our birth name. It is this vibration that interacts with that of the universe to bring forth people, opportunities, and situations which enable you to fulfil the call from your soul to achieve your soul purpose. Soul Plan Readings require your birth name or a name that you are now using, in order to provide documented and intuitive information on your goals, talents and challenges and your Soul Destiny. A Soul Plan Reading is a once-off reading, and takes 2 + hours of preparation, with 60-90 mins of presentation. Full payment upfront is required in order to secure the Reading and appointment.

Lara has always had an interest in alternative healing techniques, and has been studying them since 1998.
Lara discovered Life Alignment TM in 2013, and has been studying and qualifying in this amazing technique since then. She opened her full-time Life Alignment practice in 2023, after spending 25 years in Financial Services and IT in various corporates in South Africa. Lara also qualified in advanced Soul Plan TM in 2023 through the Holistic Healing College in the UK.
